Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out how hospitals try to protect doctors who work based on work agreements, such as permanent doctors and non-permanent doctors in hospitals, and to find out what the work contract agreements for permanent doctors and non-permanent doctors contain. in the hospital. This research uses a conceptual approach and a statutory approach, by using this approach the research will produce in-depth research. critical and telexan, as the main data source including key legal documents, namely Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health That protection in hospitals does not guarantee certainty of legal protection for doctors, because there is no regulation regarding the status of doctors who work in hospitals. It is very important to create an optimal collective bargaining agreement between doctors and hospitals in order to create light and wise legal dispute resolution. This research aims to provide new knowledge regarding the construction of employment agreements for doctors working in hospitals which must be issued by the health ministry.
