Abstract
Web-based health service applications have been widely used in several health agencies such as hospitals. According to Law Number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals states that reporting on all activities of organizing health services must be carried out by hospitals in the form of SIMRS. In the application of health service applications there are still obstacles, one of which is patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction is measured based on the results of the patient's assessment of the services provided during the health organization process. The purpose of the study was to analyze the level of outpatient satisfaction with the application of web-based hospital service applications at Budi Kemuliaan Hospital. The research was conducted with a cross sectional study design and the study sample size was 97 respondents determined using the G-Power application. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate with chi-square. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship between the level of satisfaction of outpatients and the variables of ease of use, benefits of use, user attitudes, likelihood of and real user conditions (p-value = 0.000). The conclusion of the study is that ease of use, benefits of use, user attitudes, tendency to use and real user conditions have a significant relationship to the level of satisfaction of outpatients who use the website at Budi Kemuliaan Hospital. Recommendations that can be made are periodic evaluations on the use of the website.
