Abstract

The South Jakarta Administrative City Government has implemented various efforts in order to improve employee performance, including by enacting performance management, remuneration and also the use of SPBE. Performance management ensures that employee performance management is measurable and directed, while remuneration is the key in providing financial rewards to employees based on the performance that employees produce. On the other hand, the utilization of e-Government is one of the steamy digitalization efforts that is expected to be able to facilitate the implementation of employees' duties. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of performance management and remuneration on employee performance both directly and through the utilization of e-Government, with a sample of 204 employees who serve in the South Jakarta Adm City Government. The results of this study show that performance management has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the apparatus. Remuneration has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the apparatus. The utilization of e-Government has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the apparatus. Good performance management has a positive and significant effect on the utilization of e-Government. remuneration has a positive and significant influence on the utilization of e-Government shows that performance management implemented through the utilization of e-Government has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. remuneration has a positive and significant influence on employee performance by using e-Government as a mediator. The utilization of e- Government does not have a significant influence on employee performance. Conclusion of this study The research shows that performance management, adequate remuneration, and the utilization of e-Government significantly improve apparatus performance, productivity, efficiency, motivation, and quality of public services.
