Abstract
This research aims to discuss the dynamics of the Indonesian Pageant Lovers' Response to Cases of Sexual Harassment in the 2023 Miss Universe Indonesia Election using digital activism theory with the concept of Feminism. The method used is qualitative using primary data sources and secondary data. Collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The final results of this research show that the community has a high level of awareness by utilizing digital platforms to increase public awareness of the issue of sexual harassment. This case attracted the attention of the public, including stakeholders such as members of the Indonesian DPR, the Indonesian Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, the Metro Jaya Police, who followed up on the case until it was resolved. Apart from that, there are pageant lovers who utilize digital platforms by voicing issues as a form of awareness, inviting organizations or mobilization, as well as taking action as a form of protecting victims and also demanding justice. Overall, this research shows that Pageant Lovers Indonesia plays an important role in fighting for justice and gender equality through digital activism strategies and feminist principles.
