Abstract
This research aims to examine economic diplomacy using a multi-track dimension conducted by Indonesia through state and non-state actors to increase the growth of export value to the non-traditional market of Chile. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. In the data analysis stage, uses Miles and Huberman's concept, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing & verifying conclusions. The results of this research analysis show that Indonesia's economic diplomacy, divided into commercial diplomacy, trade diplomacy, and financial diplomacy towards Chile in the period 2019-2022, employs a multi-track concept framework. This framework is the result of collaboration between state and non-state actors involving ministries, entrepreneurs and non governmental organizations. Through the synergy of these actors, trade barriers can be mitigated, leading to an increase in Indonesia's export value to Chile during the period of 2019-2022.
