Abstract
The writing of this final assignment was motivated by a decrease in the number of customers in savings products at Bank DKI Depok Sub-Branch Office during the 6 (six) months calculated from September 2023 – February 2024. The aim of writing this final assignment is to find out what the causal factors are. customers close savings accounts on savings products and customer churn percentage. The writing method for this final assignment is to use quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The data collection technique for writing this final assignment is to document monthly reports regarding the number of customers with third party funds for savings products, application forms for closing savings accounts and reports on disbursement of Tabungan Monas Rencana (TMR) at Bank DKI Branch Offices. Depok assistant. This data collection was carried out by documenting reports at Bank DKI Depok Sub-Branch Office. The results of this final assignment show that the factors that cause customers to close savings accounts are that the Kartu Jakarta Pintar (KJP) has passed, the customer has died, there is a need, it is not used, and the contract has been completed. With the percentage of customer churn at less than 1% each month and 1.45% for 6 (six) months from September 2023 to February 2024.
