Abstract
This research analyzes internal and external factors that influence the volume of sales in Haqueera.id Convention. The aim of this research is to create the right marketing strategy to increase the sales volume of Haqueer.id. Internal factors include product quality, competent HRM, service, timeliness, customer response, research and development, production facilities, management, free design services, and on-demand production capabilities, with shortcomings in printing machines, social media utilization, discounts, retail sales, product display, and HRM education. External factors include market coverage, Social Media marketing, creative products, affordable prices, international recognition, competition, online promotion, raw materials, and SDM competition. The company's position in the IE matrix shows the IFE score = 3.01 and EFE = 2.38, placing it on cell I (tumbuh dan berkembang). SWOT analysis shows that companies are on Quadrant I (Agressive Strategy), which indicates opportunities through internal forces. Based on AHP calculations, the highest marketing strategy priority is to create a good management system with a weight of 13.9%, including effective SOP creation, proper work schedule, detailed education, and building a good production and marketing team.
