Abstract
Bank Central Asia, one of the largest banks in Indonesia, serves as a benchmark for other banks in the country. BCA is well-known among the youth or Generation Z for its convenient and user-friendly mobile banking application. In writing this thesis, the author employs a quantitative approach with descriptive data analysis. Data collection was conducted by distributing a questionnaire via Google Forms, gathering responses from 34 participants who met the research criteria. The respondents varied in age from 19 to 22 years old, with the majority being 21 years old, totaling 15 individuals. The respondents' occupation was uniformly students from the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at UPN Veteran Jakarta. The survey included students from nearly all majors within the FEB.
