Abstract
The growth of the motorcycle industry in Indonesia has increased significantly in the last five years. With the increasing number of motorbikes on the road, the need for maintenance and repair services is also increasing. The motorbike workshop business is strongly influenced by customer satisfaction. Moto Italiana Workshop is one of the motorbike workshops that was established in 2015. The Moto Italiana workshop has the necessary equipment to carry out maintenance and purchase spare parts. However, the services provided by the workshop are still manual, only the payment process has used the system. To achieve this goal, information technology is essential for effective customer relationship management. This technology can combine various elements of workshop management, help motor workshops find new business opportunities, improve customer retention, and optimise marketing processes. Therefore, the author designs a website-based CRM information system using the waterfall method to support the Moto Italiana workshop's work process with customers, improve marketing by designing promotional media in the form of a website and help Moto Italiana workshops manage customer data.
