Abstract

Babada Corporation, a large group company overseeing five subsidiaries and two foundations, lacks a dedicated information system for employee recruitment. This absence results in unstructured recruitment processes and difficulties for the HR department in selecting candidates. This study aims to design and develop a website-based Career Center information system to enhance and streamline the recruitment process at Babada Corporation. The information system is developed using XAMPP and Visual Studio Code (VSCode), with the database designed using MySQL. Agile Scrum is The system development method, which allows for iterative and flexible system development. The development process involves several stages including planning, design, implementation, and system testing. The expected outcome of this study is creating a more structured recruitment information system, thereby facilitating the HR tim in conducting employee selection more efficiently and effectively. Additionally, the system aims to increase transparency and accuracy in the recruitment process.
