Abstract
As time goes on, social media keeps growing and letting people share lots of information and opinions. Twitter/X is one of the most famous social media for people to express their opinions. To analyze public sentiment towards digital bank applications based on opinions that can be obtained from the Twitter. 1239 tweets have been collected and will be analyzed using a method called Naïve Bayes. The results show that the accuracy of the analysis is 86% for tweets mentioning "blu by BCA Digital" and 83% for tweets mentioning "SeaBank". This research aims to provide recommendations for blu by BCA Digital and SeaBank in improving the services provided to their users and ensuring customer satisfaction in a competitive digital banking environment.
