Abstract

This research was carried out to find out, prove and analyze the influence of Live Streaming, Celebrity Endorsement, and Free Shipping on Purchase Decisions on the application. The sample in this study was Generation Z with an age range of 17-30 years who live in the Jabodebek area who have shopped at the Tiktok Shop. Data collection used a gform questionnaire and as many as 100 respondents using a sampling technique. nonprobability sampling by method purposive sampling through Google Form which is distributed on social media such as Instagram, Twitter, whatsapp and line. The data analysis used is descriptive, inferential data analysis techniques, validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing software SmartPLS 3. The results of this study show that Live Streaming influence purchasing decisions on the Tiktok shop application, Celebrity Endorsement Influences purchasing decisions on the Tiktok shop application, free shipping influence purchasing decisions on the Tiktok shop application.
