Abstract
Bank Indonesia implements QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) as a QR code standard in Indonesia to facilitate digital payments through mobile banking applications and electronic wallets. Bank Indonesia's efforts in using this code-based digital payment system are by inviting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). With the various benefits of QRIS received by merchants, it will also cause several benefits for consumers, resulting in transaction satisfaction for consumers. The writing of this final project aims to determine the level of consumer satisfaction and factors that affect consumer satisfaction with the use of QRIS as a digital payment service provider for MSMEs in East Jakarta. In writing this final project, the author uses a qualitative approach with descriptive data analysis. The author uses sample data as an object in this research. The author conducted a data collection technique by distributing questionnaires through Google form and obtained 47 respondents who matched the criteria in the research conducted. The author conducted an analysis based on several factors that can measure the level of consumer satisfaction and the research results show that people are satisfied with the use of QRIS as a digital payment service for MSMEs in East Jakarta.
