Abstract

In today's digital era, the use of information technology has become one of the most important aspects of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes in various industries, including the food and beverage industry. One important aspect in the food and beverage industry is raw material management, which plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and sustainability of the final product. Culture Head Signature, which was established in 2020 in Yogyakarta, is a cafe that serves various types of Japanese food and beverages. In an effort to improve their raw material management, a study was conducted to design and build a website-based raw material inventory information system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The results of this study indicate that the designed system can provide accurate and real-time raw material inventory information and make it easier for cafe managers to track and manage raw material stock. With the implementation of this system, it is expected to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of cafe operations, as well as reduce the risk of shortages or waste of raw materials. In addition, this system will also increase the level of transparency in inventory management so that all related parties can easily access the necessary information.
