Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, district or city governments throughout Indonesia are increasingly aware of the importance of having an efficient and informative website. One of the districts that already has a government website is Indramayu district which was developed by Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika. This website supports the concept of government transparency. However, when the pre-research was conducted, users felt that it was not easy to interact with the website. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a service quality analysis on the website to determine the advantages and disadvantages of the website so that the quality of service on the website is better using the E-GovQual method which includes six variables Ease Of Use, Trust, Functionality of The Interaction Environment, Reliability, Content and Appearance Of Information, Citizen support and the IPA method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, then testing the research data results was carried out with validity and reliability tests, then data analysis was carried out by analyzing the gap value between the value of interest and performance, the Q value (service quality), then analyzing the results using the IPA method to obtain indicators of which variables require recommendations for improvement. The final results of this study are in the form of variable indicators that must be improved and recommendations for improvement for Diskominfo as the developer of the Indramayu Regency Government website.
