Abstract

The State Revenue and Expenditure Budget is prepared by the government so that it must be clearly accounted for in accordance with applicable government regulations. One of the uses of the budget is for official travel. The purpose of this writing is to find out the procedures for official travel and accountability for official travel costs along with general provisions that must be known. So, it is hoped that it will be useful for general knowledge in terms of disbursing funds for overseas official travel. The data for this writing comes from direct interviews between the head of finance and the author, journals and articles related to official travel, as well as documentation for supporting documents. Next, the data is processed and processed using qualitative descriptive analysis methods with an overall picture. An official trip is a trip out of or into the territory of the Republic of Indonesia carried out by a ministry or institution for the benefit of an institution or ministry. Disbursement of official travel funds must follow applicable procedures starting from preparing complete documents to reporting official travel responsibilities. Based on the overall discussion, responsibility for overseas official travel activities has been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations.
