Abstract
Doctor Erna Hasanuddin's Independent Practice is an outpatient health service provided to the general public. Health services at this independent practice take the form of health consultations, health examinations, and as a place for Doctor Erna Hasanuddin's practice. This Independent Practice process still uses a manual system where to register patients must come to the clinic and queue first. The process of managing and storing data still uses a piece of paper which makes it difficult for clinic employees to find data when it is needed. Because of this, Doctor Erna Hasanuddin's independent practice requires a web-based information system that can assist the outpatient process in the health service system. The aim of this research is to design and develop a web-based information system that can facilitate the management of outpatient data and simplify the management of business processes at Doctor Erna Hasanuddin's Independent Practice in providing health services to patients. The method used in developing the system is the prototype method. In this research, the information system was designed and developed using the CodeIgniter 3 framework and the database design used MySQL. The results of this research obtained a web-based outpatient information system that can make it easier for Doctor Erna Hasanuddin and his employees to provide outpatient health services to the general public.
