Abstract
Every company needs cash to finance all of the company's operational activities. In the financial structure of cash is divided into large cash and petty cash. In managing petty cash there are two methods, one of which is the fluctuating fund system. In the fluctuating fund system the balance in each period fluctuates because the filling of each period changes, and every transaction must be recorded according to the date, therefore at the end of the period no adjusting journal is required. In petty cash management there are procedures for the formation, expenditure and replenishment of petty cash. The documents used are proof of cash out, request for petty cash expenditure, proof of petty cash expenditure, request for petty cash replenishment, and notes / receipts. The document becomes a supporting document in the management of petty cash.
