Abstract
The recruitment of Paskibraka trainers in Depok City is currently conducted manually, using paper-based methods, where the data is later inputted into software such as Microsoft Excel. Trainers are selected from the ranks of the Purna Paskibraka Indonesia and undergo a selection process based on interviews covering nine criteria: Motivation, Communication Patterns, Team Management, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Stress Management, Emotional Management, Understanding of Paskibraka, Mastery of Student Development, and Mastery of Parade Training Skills. These criteria are weighted to determine a trainer's position within the training committee. However, this method is time-consuming and costly. To ensure transparency, effectiveness, and objectivity in candidate selection, a decision support system using the TOPSIS method would be beneficial. In this research, a web-based decision support system has been developed with features including participant registration, evaluation by interviewers, criteria management, calculation, and announcement. This system effectively addresses the aforementioned issues through the implemented features and testing of the nine criteria mentioned above.
