Abstract
Green Paw Veterinary Clinic is a pet health care provider that has been operating since 2019. However, the clinic has not yet effectively optimized information technology, requiring customers to visit the clinic in person or contact via WhatsApp to check service availability. This often results in long queues and prolonged service times. According to data, the clinic serves around 20-30 animal patients per day with 5 veterinarians working in rotating shifts of 3 per day, supported by 12 operational staff members, highlighting the need for an efficient information system. This study aims to design and develop a Health Care Information System for Green Paw Veterinary Clinic to make business processes more effective and efficient. The system is built using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, with the software development method following the SDLC Waterfall model and tested using the blackbox testing method. The resulting information system effectively manages animal patient data and health service records in an integrated manner. The implementation of this system has successfully reduced administrative errors and improved operational efficiency and service quality at Green Paw Veterinary Clinic.
