Abstract

One of the cash disbursement activities that occur in a company comes from expenses related to the company's operational activities itself. Cash disbursements are transaction that involve a reduction in the company's cash/bank balance due to payment of transaction activities. Before cash disbursements are made, the company will make a policy that all cash disbursements must be submitted for payment first. So when applying for payment it is necessary request for payment time to request payment.Request for payment useful for companies especially the finance as control or supervision of payment applications. Request for payment also has a good impact on the company, namely that payment requests can run effectively and on schedule. The aim of this final assignment is to determine the effectiveness of requests for payment in preventing fraud that occurs when submitting payments via request for payment. The method used in writing the final assignment is a qualitative method with data analysis of information obtained from documentation, observation and interviews. The results of this final research project are that requests for payment are effective in preventing fraud in companies.
