Abstract
The research discusses the SAMISADE Policy, which was first inaugurated in 2021 and aims to accelerate development in Bogor Regency. The purpose of this study is to explain the relationship between actors in achieving village development through the SAMISADE Policy in Tonjong Village, Bogor Regency. This study employs a qualitative method to directly explain the dynamics and situations of the SAMISADE policy and to gain an in- depth understanding of the topic being studied. The findings of this study indicate that the relationships between the key actors involved, namely the village head, the Bogor Regency Community and Village Empowerment Agency (DPMD), NGOs, and the community itself, play a significant role in the implementation of the SAMISADE policy in Tonjong Village. The primary objective of the SAMISADE policy is commendable, and it is hoped that it can be adopted in other regions throughout Indonesia. Overall, the infrastructure development and achievements under the SAMISADE policy are satisfactory. Nevertheless, it is regrettable that in certain areas, such as Tonjong Village, the implementation has not been as successful as it could have been.
