Abstract

Procurement of goods and services is an activity to obtain goods that suit the company's interests, the process starts from planning to completion. PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) procures goods and services to support the company's needs in carrying out company operations. The goods and services procurement process carried out by PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) is carried out in accordance with the PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) goods and services procurement manual based on DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation Number 50 of 2019 concerning the procurement of goods and services for Regionally Owned Enterprises. Procurement of services is the most important part of a company to improve company performance. Procurement of Business Continuity Management (BCM) services uses the direct procurement method. The direct procurement method is used to obtain consultancy service. Procurement of services to companies can improve compliance with company procedures and contribute to increasing the role of MSMEs and increasing the use of domestic/local products for national economic development. The aim is to get services that suit your needs in terms of budget, quality aspects, time, cost, place and provider.
