Abstract
This thesis discusses "The Competition of Lazada And Rakuten In Term Of Mastering The e-Commerse Market In Indonesia Period 2012-2014‖. In today's international world problem sare focusing not only about war and peace but now leads in terms of economics. Trade liberalization carried out by the Indonesian state to create a competitive climate in the country. The birth of MNCs is a result of the influence of economic liberalization system. Globalization appears in line with the growth of technology. E-commerse then considered the operationalization of globalization. In this study, the authors tried to describe what is the strategy of Lazada and Rakuten in order to mastering e-commerse market in Indonesia by using Liberalism Theory, Theory of Competitive Advantage, e- commerse concept and the concept of MNC. The authors using Qualitative research methods that are comes out explanatif. The results showed that Lazada and Rakuten entities then compete in term of mastering the e-commerse market in Indonesia through strategies such as economic, policy and law.
