Abstract

Pintu Dua Coffee is one of the Coffeeshops operating on Jl, Manunggal XVII East Jakarta, currently Pintu Dua Coffee wants to expand by opening a branch in a place not far from Pintu Dua Cof-fee. It is expected to increase revenue and also reach more customers, but the opening of the branch is constrained by the many competitors that have sprung up. In order for Pintu Dua Coffee branches to com-pete, the right marketing strategy is needed using the Quantitative Strategic Plan-ning Matrix (QSPM) method. This research uses the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix, SPACE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSPM methods. The results of this study are that the Pintu Dua Coffee branch is in quadrant I when viewed from the IE matrix, which is in the grow and build category and quadrant IV in the SPACE matrix, which is in the competitive category. In the SWOT matrix, 18 strengths, 3 weaknesses, 9 opportunities, and 7 threats are obtained as well as a total of 10 al-ternative strategies that can be implemented and the best strategy that can be ap-plied based on QSPM is the strategy of providing discounts when reaching a cer-tain achievement with a summary total attractive score (STAS) value of 6,584.
