Abstract
As a result of the pandemic that we have felt since the beginning of 2020, all business segments have experienced changes. Economic policy, including taxation, has also undergone changes, government policy has been adjusted so that tax revenues continue to run well. The problem behind this research is also due to the decline in people's income due to the pandemic which also affects their tax obligations. This research aims to analyze the influence of tax literacy, tax morale, and tax incentives on tax compliance. This research is quantitative research using data analysis techniques, namely linear regression analysis. The data obtained in this research comes directly from the taxpayers studied, namely taxpayers who own MSMEs in Jakarta and its surroundings. From the sources we obtained, we used 38 MSMEs as samples for this research. Tax Literacy has a positive effect on MSME Taxpayer Compliance in Jakarta and its surroundings. Tax Morale is proven to have no effect on Taxpayer Compliance. Tax incentives have been proven to influence taxpayer compliance.
