Abstract

The current development of modern technology has had a significant impact on life, making it increasingly simple, fast, and cost-effective. In line with this technological advancement, the existence of modern retail businesses has become crucial, each employing its own strategies to compete with other modern retail businesses. Retail encompasses business activities involved in selling goods and services to consumers for personal, family, or household use. With the growing number of retail businesses, consumers have become more selective in choosing where to meet their needs. The retail sales of accessories and household items are beginning to flourish in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to determine, prove, and analyze the influence of price discounts, store atmosphere, and in-store displays on impulse buying behavior. The research respondents consist of 100 Miniso customers in the Depok area. Data processing was carried out using SmartPLS 4.0, which showed that price discounts, store atmosphere, and in-store displays have a positive and significant impact on impulse buying behavior.
