Abstract

This research is a quantitative study which aims to determine the influence of BOC size and audit committee size with gender diversity as a moderation on sustainability report disclosure. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained through annual reports and sustainability reports of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The sample obtained in this research amounted to 82 companies. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis using STATA 14 with a significance level of 5% showing that BOC size and audit committee size have an influence on sustainability report disclosure, while the moderating variable Gender diversity can strengthen the influence of BOC size on sustainability report disclosure, but can not strengthening audit committee size on sustainability report disclosure.
