Abstract
Banking in Indonesia is a source of funding for all levels of society, to fulfill its role, the importance of bank health levels is very significant because it can affect the stability and continuity of banking functions in achieving its goals. One of the objectives of banking as a company is shareholder welfare. This study aims to determine the effect of bank health level on firm value moderated by managerial ownership. The sample in this study were banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The purposive sampling technique was used in selecting the sample and 43 banks were obtained to be tested. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis in the STATA programme was used for hypothesis testing with a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results of this study found that governance and earnings have no significant effect on firm value, risk profile and capital have a significant effect on firm value, managerial ownership cannot moderate risk profile, governance, earnings, and capital partially on firm value.
