Abstract
Of the many Korean restaurants currently in Jakarta, not all of them have halal certification from the MUI. This is also supported by the fact that many Muslims still do not pay attention to halal awareness in the food they consume. The factors examined in this research as independent variables are consumer trust, halal labeling, and religiosity, while the dependent variable is Muslim consumers' purchasing decisions in Korean restaurants. This research aims to determine the influence of consumer trust, halal labeling, and religiosity on Muslim consumers' purchasing decisions in Korean restaurants. The method used is a quantitative descriptive approach, using primary data with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires via social media to Muslim respondents in Jabodetabek. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS application, as well as data testing using inner models and outer models. The findings from this research show that consumer trust, halal labeling, and religiosity influence Muslim consumers' purchasing decisions in Korean restaurants. With this research, it is hoped that Korean restaurant producers will pay attention to ingredients and have halal labels to increase the number of consumers.
