Abstract
Free Halal Certification (SEHATI) is a program to facilitate MSEs in the halal product guarantee process, the implementation costs of which are borne by DIPA BPJPH. Currently, the number of MSEs in DKI Jakarta that have carried out halal certification is still far from the number of MSEs in DKI Jakarta. This is because halal certification is only considered as fulfilling obligations in the Islamic religion or law, but business actors have not yet thought that this is an opportunity to increase income. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the free halal certification program (sehati) on MSE income in Cilandak sub-district. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and documentation with BPJPH policy analysts and MSEs in Cilandak District. The results of this research are the effectiveness of the SEHATI program on MSE income which is measured using 5 indicators, namely understanding the program, right on target, on time, achieving goals and real changes, the results have a positive impact on increasing the income obtained by Jakpreneur-assisted MSEs so it can be concluded that the Sehati program has been implemented. effective. The positive impact that can be seen is an increase in public trust, a change in the number of consumers which has increased so that it also has a positive impact on increasing the income obtained by MSEs.
