Abstract

In the current era of economic globalization, there is intense competition in the business world in various sectors. In facing this condition, each company is required to have added value compared to competitors. Companies must be able to show their respective advantages and strive to meet consumer satisfaction, just like companies that focus on selling necessities, namely milk. The aim of this research is to find out, analyze and prove whether product quality, price and promotion have an effect on consumer satisfaction. The population in this research is consumers who buy Frisian Flag milk products at Alfamart Cilandak KKO. The sample used was 100 people. Using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique with SmartPLS 4 software. The results obtained show that product quality, price and promotion variables have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction.
