Abstract

This is quantitative research to determine the influence of content marketing, influencer marketing, and online customer reviews on consumers' buying interest in cosmetic products. The population of this study is active Tiktok users who are more than 17 years old and live in Jakarta. The sample determined in this study is 96 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method. The data is processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. These are the hypotheses generated after the data processed, which are (1) content marketing can influence consumer purchase intention in cosmetic products, (2) influencer marketing can influence consumer purchase intention in cosmetic products, (3) online customer reviews can influence consumer purchase intention in cosmetic products.
