Abstract
This research is a quantitative study which aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, risk tolerance and income on the investment decisions of MSME actors in Cipayung District, East Jakarta. This research used MSME actors in Cipayung District, East Jakarta as a population and used a sample of 100 respondents using a probability sampling technique using a simple random sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method with Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of this research show that: (1) Financial literacy has an influence on investment decisions (2) Risk tolerance has an influence on investment decisions (3) Income has an influence on investment decisions.
