Abstract
OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) is one aspect that influences retail companies in overcoming crises during the pandemic. This research aims to examine the influence of work-life balance and workload on OCB mediated by job stress. The study adopts a quantitative approach with a sample size of 70 operational employees from PT X, selected using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique employed in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). SmartPLS 4.0 software is used as a tool for data processing. The results of this study indicate that (1) work-life balance has a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior, (2) workload has a negative and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior, (3) job stress has a negative and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior, (4) work-life balance influences organizational citizenship behavior mediated by job stress, and (5) workload influences organizational citizenship behavior mediated by job stress.
