Abstract
This research uses quantitative methods, conducted at PT. PLN Indonesia POWER POMU located in North Jakarta. This study aims to determine and prove the influence of Occupational Safety and Health Management on work safety, the influence of Workload on Work Safety, and the influence of Safety Behavior on Work Safety. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling, using a slovin formula so that a sample of 80 employees is obtained. Data collection is carried out through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The test results obtained in this study (1) K3 Management has a positive and significant effect on Work Safety (2) Workload has no effect on Work Safety (3) Safety Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Work Safety. The implications of this research are theoretically and practically, the information in the research is expected to add insight in the development of knowledge in the field of human resource management, as material for thought and consideration in solving existing problems. The contribution in this research is to assist PT. PLN (Persero) in tackling problems, especially in terms of Occupational Safety and Health Management, Workload, and safety behavior towards employee occupational safety
