Abstract

This quantitative research aims to investigate, demonstrate, and analyze the influence of price discounts, free shipping, and cashback on customer satisfaction in the Shopee e-commerce platform in the city of Depok. The population of this study consists of Shopee application users in Depok. Sample selection utilized non-probability sampling through purposive sampling technique, with data collected through the distribution of questionnaires via Google Forms, targeting 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted through descriptive and inferential analysis, employing the SmartPLS 3.2.8 application as a tool. The results of the hypothesis testing are as follows: (1) price discounts have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at 0.332, (2) free shipping has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at 0.317, (3) cashback has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at 0.289. The combined contribution is indicated by the value of Adjusted R Square, which is 0.627 or 62.7%, while the remaining 37.3% is influenced by other factors.
