Abstract

This research aims to find out and determine the personal sales strategy of an insurance agent at PT Allianz Life Indonesia. In this research, the type of research used is descriptive qualitative based on flow chart analysis results, using data collection techniques through interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation methods. Researchers conducted direct interviews in the field with four sources or informants and gave a questionnaire to one informant. The results obtained from this research are; Allianz Life Indonesia insurance agents carry out personal sales activities with the stages of prospecting and qualification, pre-approach, presentation and demonstration, persuasion, closing and service
