Abstract
Background: Growth and development disorders are failures to grow and develop where in fact the child is born at full term, but in subsequent growth and development experiences failure in physical growth with malnutrition and retardation in social or motor development. Research. Methods: The design used is a descriptive design using the case study method. Research Results : Developmental Disorders related to decreased appetite characterized by weight not according to age Impaired Skin Integrity associated with tissue damage characterized by itching and redness. Conclusion: Nursing actions until evaluation on An.Z achieve the expected results. Nursing actions are resolved in accordance with predetermined actions. The success of nursing care is due to good cooperation between the family and the nurse.
