Abstract
The condition of Indonesia, which is on three plates, can trigger earthquakes, tsunamis, and landslides. In addition to this, Indonesia is a country that is prone to various types of hydrometeorological disasters. Based on a graph of disasters in the world from 1991 to 2015 that occurred, most of them were caused by climate change, reaching 47%. The Rajawali Place building, which is located in a high-rise building area, will be very at risk if it is affected by the effects of a disaster. This is used as the basis for analyzing the readiness of the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) program at the Rajawali Place Building. This research method uses descriptive analysis using in-depth interviews and document reviews using the NFPA 1600 guidelines. Selection of informants using the purposive sampling method with a total of 3 informants The results of this study indicate that the ERP program in the Rajawali Place Building has implemented a program with a suitability value of 96.3% according to the guidelines. So that it can be said that the implementation of the disaster emergency response at the Rajawali Place Building is ready to be carried out.
