Abstract

PO Pandawa 87 Karawang was established in 2020 which initially aimed to serve community tourism trips. Seeing this, PO Pandawa 87 Karawang made a new strategy for its business, namely by adding routes to bus transportation services. In order to run a business in the previous Covid-19 era PO Pandawa 87 Karawang in winning the competition and surviving in its business, because at that time the world of tourism in Indonesia had been closed and prohibited by the government in dealing with the Covid-19 outbreak spreading in Indonesia, and companies Public transportation services such as Inter-City Inter-Provincial (AKAP) buses also have many competitors. In realizing this strategy PO Pandawa 87 Karawang diverted some tour bus units and added new units to the Inter-City Inter-Provincial (AKAP) routes. In support of plans to add units. By looking at this, it is necessary to study the feasibility of the business which aims to achieve the expected results so that it can clarify whether the interest of consumers is one of the important things, whether the existence of these additional ideas can increase income and expand PO Pandawa's business movements 87. Analyzing starting from market aspects, technical and operational aspects, management and organizational aspects, legal aspects, environmental and social aspects, financial aspects, and sensitivity analysis on the best, optimistic, and pessimistic conditions for the next five years. Based on the results of data processing, it was found that under optimistic conditions it was declared feasible because the NPV had a positive value of Rp. 17,731,139,325, PP 1 year 6 months, a PI value of more than 1 was 6.04, and an IRR value of 55.65%..
