Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, corporate image, and service quality on internet service provider customer loyalty (study on Indihome users in Jabodetabek). The type of research used is quantitative research using 100 respondents as sample and SmartPls4 to compute the data. Research results show that price has a positive and significant effect on internet service provider customer loyalty evidence through the tcount value of 2.704 and significance value of 0.007. Corporate image has a positive and significant effect on internet service provider customer loyalty evidence through the tcount value 2.016 and significance value of 0.044. service quality has a positive and significant effect on internet service provider customer loyalty through the tcount value of 2.531 and significance value of 0.01. In conclusion price, corporate image, and service quality has simultaneous effect on internet service provider customer loyalty.
