Abstract
Introduction breast cancer or known as ca mammae is a malignant tumor in which breast cancer causes abnormal tissue cells to develop in the human body which can attack other organs and cause death so that cancer cells continue to grow uncontrollably and uncontrollably in the body. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of nursing care with breast cancer including nursing assessment, nursing diagnose, nursing intervention, nursing implementation and nursing evaluation. The research method used in this study is a case study with an-depth approach to research related to detailed data collection. The results show that nursing problems that arise in cases are nutritional deficits associated with increased metabolic needs, impaired tissue integrity associated with side effects of radiation therapy, anxiety associated with threats to death. In conclusion, the treatment given to patients with nutritional deficits associated with an increase in metabolic needs is partially resolved, impaired tissue integrity associated with side effect of radiation therapy is partially resolved and anxiety associated with the threat of death can be resolved.
