Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a high labour growth. Human resources development that still not in proper condition in the middle of digitalization hits and the threat of talent crunch leads to missmatch between the skill that need on market and the skill that labour ahold. Current higher complexity on youth unemployment issue implicate an old model of cooperation that only consist of two similiar actors cannot be applied anymore on this issue. Therefore, implementation of Bridges to The Future project that focused on link-and-match process in bridging youth through upskilling and mentoring to a labour market need a different approach. Multi-Stakeholder Partnership later used on implementation of the BTF project. Hence, this research is on purpose to give reader a description about the MSP Cooperation between Plan Indonesia and Asean Foundation in organizing BTF project. This research is qualitative analysis descriptive research that using two kinds of method on data collecting which are interview and literature study. Based on the research , result shows that implementing MSP framework on BTF project brings lots of advantage and relevant to be applied on overcoming complex issue with cross-sectoral characteristic such as youth unemployment. BTF Project success on almost achieving its target on the implementation and also contributed on decreasing youth on neet and also youth unemployment with more that 1000 of its participant are employed.
