Abstract

The development of computer technology makes the use of information systems, especially in terms of data processing, at this time very necessary. Currently the Mille Coffee company still uses a manual system in the process of recording goods in its warehouse. This method is certainly irrelevant and less efficient in this modern era. Warehouse employees need a computerized recording, storage, and presentation of goods information so that the work of processing warehouse goods data is carried out more efficiently and effectively. From these problems, a web-based Mille Coffee Kebon Jeruk Goods Inventory Information System was created using the PHP programming language with the Codeigniter 4 Framework and MySQL database. The making of this system uses several methods for data collection, This method includes observation and interviews with agencies to fulfill data for the needs of the system to be designed. System design is carried out using the Extreme Programming method, performance analysis using the PIECES method and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) which is object oriented. By makingInventory information systems at the Mille Coffee warehouse can make it easier for users to manage inventory, the system makes it easier to record and report incoming/outgoing goods automatically, and the system can manage orders for goods from various outlets owned Mille Coffee by online. The result of this research is a web-based warehouse inventory information system created based on the problems that occur in the Mille Coffee warehouse with three actors playing a role, namely: Admin, Barista and Operations Manager.
