Abstract
QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) is technological innovation for non-cash payment system using QR-code from Bank Indonesia, offering convenience, practicality and speed in various activities. In 2025, BI’s target is 65 million QRIS users. However, its implementation shows that the number of users in the banking sector is still minimal. This research is intended to find out how the UI/UX (User Interface/User Experiences) analysis of the QRIS service facility and its challenges to the Android-based Mobile Banking Application from a marketing perspective. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative, with primary data sources of 10 informants from regulator, banking, and users. Data processing analysis uses Miles/Huberman's Flowchart, with triangulation techniques for its validation. The research results obtained findings: UI/UX Design Reference takes into account the needs and behavior of consumers, so that the QRIS in Applications is generally said to be easy and user friendly. The majority of QRIS Users are satisfied, and QRIS is reliable and safe. UI/UX QRIS can be used as an effective marketing tool/media, and still dynamically adjusting various features/services. The challenges depend on the readiness/availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure, and still require sufficient Socialization, Education and Literacy related to QRIS in the community.
