Abstract

Nowadays hospital was confronted with challenge of global emulation and environment competitively. Hence to reply challenge of emulation nowadays and in the future, hospital does not only have to create high technological new product, innovative and creative service but also should be able to give service quality such as adequate physical appearance, reliability, the ability to listen carefully that guarantee and respect patient’s sense of security, and empathy. To know the influence of service quality of nurse to in-patient satisfaction level at Dik Pusdikkes Kodiklat TNI AD Hospital Jakarta, May 14th –July 14th 2013. This research is non experimental analytic descriptive research with cross-sectional approach using questionnaire. Samples were selected using Probability Sampling, with Single Stage Cluster Random Sampling Technique. The number of samples 105 respondents. The service quality of nurse has a value of good, level of inpatient satisfaction 76.2 % is satisfied. The result of Pearson Correlation test showed value p = 0.000 < p = 0.005, and the multivariate statistic with Multiple Linier Regression showed that emphaty has p value = 0.000 and coefficient = 0.932, then assurance has p value = 0.007 and coefficient = 0.514. There is positive and significant correlation between service quality of nurse and inpatient satisfaction level which emphaty has the most influence on in-patient satisfaction level, continued with assurance.
