Abstract
This research was conducted to obtain the influence test of profitability variable , activity ratio , capital structure , dividend policy for Market Capitalization (MC). in companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange periode 2017-2021. Population on research as much as 270 sampels from 55 firm. Analysis technique is regression in use data panel. Result of research showing partialy (1) Profitability have significant negative effect on MC. (2) Activity Ratio have positive effects and significantly to MC. (3) Capital Structure haven’t significant negative effect on MC. (4) Dividend Policy haven’t significant positive effect on MC. There is no difference between, profitability the ratio of, activity , capital structure and dividend policy tot MC at state Firm and private Firm. This limitedness research, resulted digit R2 insignificant coefficient determination, with the result that independent variables explained varians on limited dependent variables. This study suggest to investor to pay attention to others factors affecting Market Capitalization before making an investment decision.
