Abstract
Telemedicine is one of the technologies in the health sector that is currently growing rapidly. Telemedicine was originally a health facility among health/medical workers. Along with the times and the development of consumer-oriented understanding, various platforms have developed that facilitate health services between doctors and patients. However, in the field implementation, Telemedicine services to teleconsultation have experienced many problems, starting from medical authority to data security. The purpose of this research is a juridical review of Telehealth, Telemedicine and Teleconsultation by ensuring the protection of personal data, as well as the legal consequences of the companies providing Telehealth, Telemedicine, and teleconsultation against personal data protection injuries. This research is a juridical-normative research with the Statue approach method which limits itself to the theme of data security and patient privacy in online consultation services. This research was conducted from OctoberNovember 2021 with various primary and secondary literacy sources. The results of this study are the possibility of injury to medical bioethics, especially the principles of beneficence and non-malification. On the other hand, there is still a lack of harmonization of regulations regarding the security of privacy data and health services, as well as the potential for violations according to the civil law code if there is a leak of privacy data. Health services has various advantages and ease of use, but in terms of data privacy security, the obligation to maintain data security is the responsibility of all parties, where if there is data leakage, further legal consequences will be regulated according to the civil law
