Abstract

In improving the quality of human resources, one of the most important basic qualities to be instilled is discipline. This research is a quantitative research that is useful to determine the effect of leadership, non-financial compensation, and work motivation on work discipline. This research is motivated by the phenomena found in the modern Islamic boarding school Nurul Hijrah teacher regarding leadership, non-financial compensation, work motivation, and work discipline. The sample that will be used in this study is a saturated sample of 40 teachers of modern Islamic boarding schools Nurul Hijrah. In testing the hypothesis, this study uses the determinant coefficient test (R2), partial test (T test), and simultaneous test (F test). The results obtained from this study are (1) leadership has a significant effect on the work discipline. (2) Non-financial compensation has a significant effect on the work discipline. (3) work motivation has a significant effect on the work discipline. (4) leadership, non-financial compensation, work motivation together have a significant effect on the work discipline of modern Nurul Hijrah Islamic boarding school teachers, East Jakarta.
